Are a Massachusetts Notary Public & in need of the Newly Required Journal?

We now offer the “official” journal, which is required for all Massachusetts Notaries Public as May 15th, 2004. 

Our journal meets all of the Commonwealth’s new  requirements.  Journal features include:

• A permanently bound book with a durable vinyl  cover to help  the book stand up to everyday use.
   

• Contains all of the required documented information, such as the type of notarial act; description of the document, description of the satisfactory evidence, etc. in an easy to use format.
   
• An introduction section with definitions of the types of notary services, abbreviations & symbols, journal.
   
• One record entry per page to make safeguarding journal entry privacy easier during other entries, inspection or photocopying.

Two Versions Available

While both journal options have the same content, you have a choice:   

• Generic                                          $10.00 each*
  Gives you ample space to write in your commission information.   
   
• Personalized                                  $11.50 each*
  Your journal has your commissioned name & expiration date printed in it.  (Please note that personalized journals can only be ordered in sets of two. These two journals can be the same or different notary publics.)

*Add $4.95 for shipping & handling.  Add $1.00 for each additional journal.  Order 10 or more journals, shipping & handling is free.  All orders subject to MA 5% sales tax
